Service Delivery Policy

01This is a digital service

The Brands List is an online subscription service. There are no physical goods, and nothing is shipped or couriered. This page is provided for completeness and to satisfy payment-partner requirements.

02Service activation & delivery

• Access to a paid plan is provisioned automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within a minute of a successful transaction.
• On your first successful payment, your business listing is published and becomes discoverable on the Platform without any manual review step.
• A confirmation email and a GST invoice are sent to your registered email address, and the invoice is also available in Dashboard → Subscription.
• If payment succeeds but access is not active within 30 minutes, contact info@thebrandslist.online and we will resolve it promptly.

03Service coverage

The Platform is accessible over the internet wherever you are. Listings are aimed at businesses operating in India. Managed content services (where included in your plan) are delivered digitally through your dashboard on the schedule described for that plan.

04Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewed access is continuous — there is no gap and nothing to re-activate. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to stop renewals.
